The Avri app serves residents of the municipalities of Buren, Culemborg, Maasdriel, Neder-Betuwe, Tiel, West Betuwe, West Maas en Waal, and Zaltbommel.

This application facilitates reminders for waste collection schedules and locates the nearest recycling bins for glass and textiles. Additionally, users can report issues regarding waste collection and, in select municipalities, also address concerns related to the Waste Regulation (BOR) and enforcement. The Waste Guide within the app provides information on what type of waste belongs in each container.

Features of the Avri App:

• Waste Calendar: Input your postal code and house number once to view the specific collection dates for your containers.
• Container Locations: Quickly find the nearest bins for residual waste, glass, textiles, paper, and plastics.
• Reporting Issues: Users can report when a bin has not been emptied or is damaged. Residents of Buren and Neder-Betuwe can also submit BOR reports. If you notice inappropriate waste disposal, you can report it to Enforcement and Supervision.
• Waste Guide: Access the Waste Guide to learn where to dispose of specific types of waste—whether it belongs in a container or at a recycling center.
• Messages: Stay informed with important updates related to waste collection. If you have subscribed to push notifications, relevant alerts will appear directly on your mobile device or tablet.
• Waste Pass Application: Easily request a new waste pass if yours is lost or damaged. You may also request an additional pass.
• Container Exchange: Request a new waste container or exchange an existing one for a different size with just a few taps.
• Settings: Customize reminder alerts for your preferred time. Additionally, manage push notifications for special circumstances (such as icy conditions or unexpected events).
• Information: Find practical details regarding the customer contact center's availability and the opening hours of recycling centers.
